Class Policy — Register in person, by mail, or telephone using charge card, check or cash.  All classes must be paid for in full upon registration. There are no refunds on classes unless we cancel the class. If you cancel 12 days in advance, you will be issued a store credit. If you can’t make the class, send a friend. If we cancel a class, we’ll let you know at least 24 hours in advance and you will receive store credit or a refund. Class supplies must be purchased before class.  To help us keep the roof over your head during class, we would appreciate it if you would purchase your supplies at The Quilted Fox.We cannot call to remind you of a class.  Your registration receipt is your reminder. Also, the class you pay for is the class you must attend.  Any make-up will be at the teacher’s discretion.  Please review your class supply list prior to class and bring all items requested.

Do you have a large print you just can't bear to cut up? This is the quilt for you. It's a pattern from the past but still works incredibly well with just 3 fabrics, one being a large print. The center square is off center and construction is made easy with strip sets. We will make a lap size quilt 52 x 72, but options are available for other sizes. All straight sewing with large (18") blocks but looks stunning when done. Pattern required: BQ2 by Maple Island Quilts

With just one repeated shape, create a dynamic quilt that looks stunning and complex - but it's not! This class will help guide you through the process and offer tips to make the piecing process as simple as possible. You can do it! the sample quilt is done in saturated, analogous colors for maximum impact, but it can be made in the colors of your choice, even in a scrappy style. Explore making a quilt that starts from the inside and builds to the finish on the outside. The first class will cover methods for selecting colors and fabrics for the quilt. The following classes will cover color placement and techniques. All sewing will be done at home, and you will be able to pace yourself during the project. I loved doing this quilt as it was a new experience with each row added. Come join the camaraderie of the other students and have a good time making this 60x60 quilt of many colors.
