Learn how to use a walking foot for straight stitch machine quilting - an easy way to add stitching to your quilt top. Straight stitching combinations make beautiful designs for your quilts.

Please note: This class requires preparing your fabric AT HOME before class to save time and focus on stitching. You must also bring a walking foot that fits your sewing machine.
Fabric and Supplies
DOWNLOAD PDF CLASS SUPPLY LIST
Backing fabric: 34 x 34 inches, light fabric such as muslin, cream or tone on tone.
Batting: Low loft cotton or polyester 36 x 36 inches. Please purchase at the Quilted Fox so you have the right batting.
Fabric for top: 9 (nine) 10.5-inch squares - muslin, cream or white tone-on-tone - 1 yard of fabric total
* Sew the squares into a nine-patch grid quilt top as your practice piece. Press the seams to one side. Bring your quilt top, batting and backing to class WITHOUT basting.
