Traditional Hand Quilting
If you have ever wanted to create an heirloom quilt or just relax and do hand work, come learn how to do a beautiful quilting stitch, how to layer, mark, and quilt a small sample. Tools of the trade will be covered.

In class you will be working on light colored cotton fabric to learn and practice the hand quilting technique.
Project Supplies:
Thimble
Betweens quilting needles size 9 or 10
12" or 18" rotary cutting ruler
Hand quilting thread --Guttermann cotton is recommended
An 8-10" embroidery hoop would be helpful.
If you have a project or pattern you are planning to hand quilt, bring it along and we will discuss the quilting.
