Some sad newsIt is with a very sad and heavy heart, I must tell you that our Eunice Porvaznik passed away on April 13th. She had been part of my life and the Quilted Fox's for 24 years. She worked usually on Monday and Tuesdays and a few Saturdays here at the shop. Over the years, she taught many classes of which her latest ones were Fundamentals and Mexican Star. On demo night she showed us all how to make pillowcases, use the Twister ruler, and her favorite tool - the safety pin closer. Eunice had a love for her fellow workers (our family here), a true appreciation of our customers, and she was my "twin" sister. We shared the same birthday; each grew up with three brothers, and had too many other similarities to mention. Her spirit, enthusiasm and love of life were an inspiration.
