Class Policy

Register in person, by mail, or telephone using charge card, check or cash. All classes must be paid for in full upon registration.

There are no refunds on classes unless we cancel the class. If you cancel 12 days in advance, you will be issued a store credit. If you can’t make the class, send a friend. If we cancel a class, we will let you know at least 24 hours in advance - you will receive store credit or a refund. 

Class supplies must be purchased before class. To help us keep the roof over your head during class, we would appreciate it if you would purchase your supplies at The Quilted Fox. We cannot call to remind you of a class. Your registration receipt is your reminder. Also, the class you pay for is the class you must attend. Any make-up will be at the teacher’s discretion. 

Please review your class supply list prior to class and bring all items requested.

The Quilted Fox has been offering quilting supplies through it's webpage since 2000. We regularly ship throughout the United States and internationally. We ship all packages by priority mail and international priority mail.

Our U.S. rates are as follows: These prices reflect the recent Post Office increases:
Orders totaling $0 - $50 ship for $10.00
Orders totaling $50.01 to $100 ship for $17.05
Orders totaling $100.01 to $149.99 ship for $22.45
Orders for more than $150 ship for free

For our Canadian customers:
Orders totaling $0 - $50 ship for $29.50
Orders totaling $50.01 to $100 ship for $56.00
Orders for more than $100 ship for $74.00

Our international rates for everywhere but Canada are as follows: These prices reflect the recent Post Office increases:
Orders totaling $0 - $50 ship for $39.95
Orders totaling $50.01 to $100 ship for $93.50
Orders for more than $100 ship for $117.95
Orders more than $200, please call or email for rate

On international orders, if we can save on your shipping and customs costs by packaging your order in two smaller size packages instead of one large one, we will do that and refund you the savings on the shipping. We are all quilters, too, so we know you would rather spend your money on fabric than postage!

How often do we ship?
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. We know you are anxious to receive your goods as quickly as possible, so if we receive your order early in the day, we will do our best to ship it out to you on the same business day. If we receive the order later in the day, we will ship it out to you on the next business day.

Sales Tax: 

Orders placed from within the state of Missouri will have sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

If you can't find a particular fabric or product online, feel free to send us an e-mail! We are also happy to help you over the phone at the number above. We have about 6,000 bolts of 100% cotton premium fabric in our store.We also have a full range of books, patterns, kits and notions. Our knowledgeable sales staff are all experienced quilters and are more than happy to help you!

The Quilted Fox is concerned about your privacy. The Quilted Fox does not sell email addresses or names to anyone, and promises to only send you our informative newsletter about events, classes, sales and new products.


The Quilted Fox is committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged goods or packing error please contact The Quilted Fox.  Arrangements will be worked out to return the merchandise, send you the missing item or correct your billing.

Changed your mind and don't want the merchandise? Return an item within 30 days. Items must be in saleable condition. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) can not be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.

Building Entry

  • You will enter the building through the Main Entrance and find us at the top of a short staircase.
    Handicapped accessible parking and entrance with an elevator to the second floor is at the south side (left hand side as you face the front of the building) of the building.
